Finding it hard to insert EPO.. help! (TMI warning)

Gosh, there is alot of EPO threads from me lately. As you could probably tell, Im cluless.

anyway. For the past 2 nights I have been inserting 2 EPO capsules. I tried the first night which wasnt too bad but I couldnt get them up very high with a big belly in the way. Last night DF did them for me. See, my problem is. I am very sensitive down there. DTD just hurts and I dont really like anything penetrating me there. I think its a lubricant issue as when I use lube DTD its not as bad. But still not overly enjoyable... Ive always been this way. So lastnight.. inserting the EPO was somewhat excruciating.

Is there any other way I can get them up there? Can I use lube to help? Can I get the oil out and just syringe it up there???

I know how you feel, DTD is hard wen preggers for me too. I'd just use lube after a nice relaxing bath or shower so everythings soft, is this ur first? Perhaps your cervix is still a bit too high??? Maybe doing some squatting and yoga posses (get off YouTube) might bring it down for you???

Thanks I wasnt sure if I could use lube while trying to insert them. Would that stop them desolving as well? Is it sterile enough?

Use some lube and even if you can't reach your cervix just push them up as high as you can.

Why don't you pierce them with a pin? Squirt a bit out then use that as lube? Then when ur in med put some pillows in a good position to tilt ur bum up and they culd slide further down? Just have to make sure your doing lots of squats in the day to get bubs pressure on your cervix...

Make sure you use a water based lube, such as KY. A petroleum based lube, such as Vaseline, will affect the tissues ability to absorb the EPO.
