I had spd from 11 weeks. Wasn't picked up until 35 weeks. Was in agony the whole time

Totally agree with mrs nerd burger, midwives are clueless when it comes to spd. I was complaining about it the whole time and they kept saying it was pressure.

Mine was quite severe tho, i felt it all the time no matter what i was doing and I still have it, only at a lesser degree.

The belt the physio gives you helps alot tho
