I think my ob said that once a baby's head-down they usually stay that way whereas if a baby is breech/transverse they often change to head-down.

I think my baby's been head down since 32 weeks (am now 39 and a bit) but he is changing from left to right still so his bum/shoulders/feet move around. Obviously going to be a hip-hop dancer doing head spins!
