It's fine to use a heat bag I was told use one by my physio who specialized in treating pregnant woman. It takes a lot to raise your body temp to unsafe levels a heat bag couldn't do it, unlike vigourous excercise, a bath or spa.

Thanks Guys! She seems to have decided she likes Liam Neeson movies! haha Just sat down to finsih watching Taken and was kicked quite a few times!
