Help: Early signs that labour may only be a few weeks away??

hello, this is my second child, but the pregnancy has been different from my 1st, now im starting to think this baby is going to come early ( ive got 7 weeks to go), ive had one trip to the hospital with contractions but they werent anything to worry about apparently, bub is very low, im still getting the back pain and some times the cramps, ive had Pms signs, my boobs are extremely sore, and ive started the whole not sleeping and extreme nesting!! ive found these things started to happen when i was closer to labour last time but im unsure this time and as my partner works in a different state i want to make sure im not going to pop when he isnt here! can someone help me please

I had signs a lot earlier with my pregnancy with DD2. She engaged a lot earlier and I thought I was going into labour at about 34 weeks. She ended up coming at 38+4. I had extreme braxton hicks and a week before I went into labour I got extremely uncomfortable, tired and sick. It last for a week and then the day before I went into labour it went away and I felt fantastic again. Those were my things leading up to labour second time around. I think it's one of those things that you can't predict. If you are really worried, speak to your OB about the chances of you going into labour early. He/she might be able to put your mind at ease x welcome to BB by the way!!
