I have at least 4 spoons in really cold milk..I still don't think it is enough but I stop at that. Mine you I am usually feeling guilty because of the other chocolate I have eaten that day...

I think I have to add salty butter on multigrain bread to my addiction list too

Have you tried buying the individual nutellas? They are basically only one sandwich worth at a time. They come in little rows and you just use one serve at a time (unless you are pregnant that is...).

DS has a very high calorie diet (medical condition requires it) and so I have chocolate and chips in the cupboard all the time . My Nutella eating was really a bit silly until I found the individual serves. That helped me be a bit more honest with myself about how much I was eating of the stuff. Snack amnesia is a bit of a problem for me .

    Good luck!

i also love adding ice cream to my milo and turning it into a milkshake.

    Nother Nutella Nut here...
My son has a nutella sandwich a few times a day - not the best diet but at least he is eating something! - and I have to have at least 2 spoonfulls while making it. I try to get my mum or partner to make the sandwich's but I'll just sneak in later for a spoonfull!
