How to tell if its your waters???

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to distinguish between waters leaking and peeing alot?? I have just put a pad on to monitor the amount that is coming out. Maybe after 2 kids I just have a weak bladder, I don't know.
With my last pregnancy, my hind/high (can't remember what they called it) broke at about 36wks, but they said it was nothing to worry about and just sent me home.
Sounds silly, but don't want to go to the hospital if I don't really have to.

smell it. the best way to distinguish Liquor is to smell it. It will smell like a sweet spermy smell. VERY different to urine. Best of luck honey!

Yep it smells sweet & it';s a smell I will never forget...

If it's pee it will smell like.... pee!???

Can you stop the leak by your muscles? I know when my wtaers were leaking it was just a non stoppable trickle!

Yep, mine smelt spermy.. and it felt like a bit slimy.
