Just letting you know they sent me home cause they were too busy. I have been booked in for next Friday, I guess at least it gives me an extra week to get things going by myself. I am so dissappointed....

Oh how frustrating for you , sending lots of labour vibes your way. I hope you are able to go naturally before next Friday arrives.
Oh well it keeps us all in suspence a little longer .

Hi Ubba - you're kidding! How weird is that....my friend told me this morning she was at my hospital attending a first aid course last night and they told her they're full until Sunday so I'm hoping not to go before then now too! Must be an outbreak of labours going on LOL! Well, I'd laugh if you went naturally anyway, they'll HAVE to fit you in! Keep those squats and pineapple eating sessions going! xx

How frustrating but at least you have a better chance of going naturally now and avoiding the synto.

I really recommend going to a health food type shop and getting some clary sage. Put a few drops in milk and have it in your bath or in some oil and rub on your belly. If you do this whilst expressing milk, after a curry, and directly before having sex your bubba might just get the message

Well I have been massaging clary sage oil into my belly like its going out of fashion and having a bath with clary sage in it each night since Friday - on top of walking, squatting and sex - still nothing......

I was induced at 40+11 with DD and 40+12 with DS for being post dates so my body obviously isnt in a hurry to let go of my babies lol, I will still keep on trying what I can but at the end of the day I'm not going to stress about my induction.

Just thought I would update. DH and I went into hossy last Friday for our booked induction. After being there for 3 hours the Dr came in and said they were too busy to induce me so we got sent home We were rebooked for today. Yesterday at 3pm I got a call from the same Dr and he cancelled todays induction and rebooked it for Tuesday (42 weeks preg). He then called back and said that Tuesday didnt suit either so have booked it for tomorrow....

I had another S&S Wednesday just gone and today woke up with a blood stained show!! YAY!! Have been getting it all day and irregular stronger BH's. I could still beat this induction..... I have 10 hours to go......

The Hospital has really frustrated me, I wish they could just get organised. What if I go into labour naturally - are they going to tell me they are too busy and send me away???

Oh i'm so excited for you! Sounds like you may just go in naturally after all!! Once i started with BH, when i had DD, I just hit the exercise and physical activity as hard as i could.. got things into gear for me and 12 hrs after BH, I went into full on labour (from nothing, to full on!)... 3 hrs later i met my girl...

Who knows.. it could happen to you!

Either way.. best of luck! not long to go now!

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time with the hospital - what a time to be stuffing around with you.

Shake your booty sister - that'll get things off and rolling!!!! Sounds stupid, but worked for me!

I have been thinking about you

What would happen if you just didnt show up for your induction? hmmmm. They cant force you to have it if you wanted to give your body another day. They have stuffed you around enough.

I re-booked mine and told them that it didnt suit me to have it at 10days overdue (as much as I wanted to meet bub, I didnt want an induction) and my baby girl came all by herself at 41wks6days).

If you really arent happy about being induced, tell them you want to re-book. Is it a private ob you're seeing or a doctor through the public system?

Thinking of you and wishing you strong labour vibes!!!
