You know what, you just need to do what is best for you and for bubs. If that means induction & meeting bubba earlier, then so be it.

All we ever want as an outcome of a pregnancy is a happy & healthy mumma and bubba.

I've never been in the situation, but I know I'd be itching to meet bubs. My niece went down both paths, waited for labour first time around, induced early 2nd time around. Both of her DDs are happy and healthy, she was decidedly less stressed the first time around, so the choice for induction for her was a right one.

I had pre-eclampisia with my last child so believe me i know about your high BP but this pregnancy my blood pressure is not normal but its not harming my baby so I am pushing for it to stay in as long as it can!!!

but in the end you need to do what you feel is right, I would try and wait till atleast 38 weeks though.

I'm right there with you fabulous Fi! And from experience i am here to egg on rational you. I was induced due to PE and it was a less than desirable birth. I was lucky enough to not have BP issues with DD2, waited it out and had an awesome birth at 42 weeks. So as long as they will let you, i would avoid an induction. Of course if it is necessary there is no question, but i personally wont be putting my hand up for another induced birth unless i have to.

This means my hubby is going to miss the birth of our third baby, but i would rather that than be induced.

Oh and i am TOTALLY over this pregnancy. I am looking after two toddlers on my own, everything hurts, i can't sleep and i just want this baby OUT!!! So i understand.
