    Itchin' All Over

More problems, sometimes I think my body just doesn't like this pg caper.

Over the past few days I have been incredibly itchy... it started on Sunday night about 10, then kicked in a few hours earlier on Monday and so on... NOW I am just itchy everywhere ALL the time. Is this normal, should I ring my OB 9He is not in next week for my appointment)?

    Hi Kerry

    Do you have a rash?
Has the colour of your skin changed?
Are the whites of your eyes still white?

    Hi Alan,

No rash, but lots of nasty marks from scratching in my sleep.

I am pretty pale and wear blockout every day (even in the middle of a Melbourne winter) but the past week or 2 everyone has been say how dark I look.

Just checked and the whites of my eyes are sort of not quite white.

Situation Update - Rang my GP/OB and spoke to one of the midwives, she spoke to the Ob who rang me back and told me I need some blood tests. I am going to leave work a little bit early to pick up the test referals and to have the tests done so the results will be back by Monday morning.

I am so glad you are getting things checked out Jo.

Lee-ann had something like this near the end of her pg too and I think it stopped when she had her little girl.

    Good luck matey.

Good luck with the tests! I hope that you find some relief from it over the weekend!
