    Itchy 'tween the big BB's!

ok maybe this is a weird question, but as my BB's have gotten bigger (and bigger and bigger ) and I get further along - I find I get very hot (& sweaty) at work in partic. And now i'm getting quite itchy in my cleavage, it's a bit red & got some little bumpy spots and I'm not quite sure what to put on it, and exactly what would cause it?

Would it be a heat rash thing? Or a fungal thing if it's too hot? I tend to wear a crop top at night & bra during the day, so maybe my steep cravasse of a cleavage never gets some air? Any wise tips would be much appreciated.

( in an effort to check what's happening, I'm now sitting here typing with a nude bump & BB's... tehehe).

While I was pregnant I had an itchy upper abdo & BBs. I used Palmers Soothing Oil - it's safe for pregnancy. It worked pretty well, didn't get rid of it but it did sooth it. I also used this on my lower abdo after the birth when my stretchmarks suddenly emerged (yes after the birth, so disappointed, thought I'd got away with none) and the itching drove me insane.

There's also a product called Neat 3B action cream for putting between breasts buttocks and between the legs to prevent sweat rash & chafing. I don't know if it's safe to use when pregnant though. It works a treat though.

Belfie~ I had this problem, more so with first preg. I ended up getting very rashy left untreated. Dr said 'Prantal Powder' from pharmacy, is safe and I found it very effective. You can use it also as preventative once the reddness has gone and things have settled. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestions & posts ladies - that's really helpful! I might try the prantal powder first off

DH has also helpfully declared that I clearly need a new bra. LOL! Something about "lifting and separating..." But unless one points east and the other points west, I'm not quite sure how that's gonna happen! But gosh he's a helpful fellow!

My mum swears by corn starch or corn flour if its sweat related rash.

Not sure tan, especially if bubs hads come in contact with the powder. Their hands go straight to mouth. Might have to ask pharmacy about that.
