    I wouldn't worry too much. You fell on your bum, not your tummy and don't forget babies have their own crumple zones as the amniotic fluid hleps to disperse and cushion any impact, not too mention your layers of muscle and organs! Keep an eye out for anything unusual and do some kick counts but i would say the only thing that was damaged was your bum (and your ego

    It's scary to fall when pregnant isn't it

    When I was 36 weeks pregnant with DD, I slipped & fell straight onto my belly onto bumpy rocky ground in my backyard. I panicked & went to the hospital straight away. Basically what I was told was that the concern isn't to the baby at all but the placenta being damaged or coming away. I was monitored for movement etc with the CTG & told to come back if there was any bleeding as there might be placental issues. So what I'm getting at here is just make sure bubby is still moving as usual & if you have any bleeding or unusual leaking call your hospital.

    get some rest & try no to stress too much.
