Oooh cramps and restless legs really suck... had a bad time with that a few weeks ago, so my sympathies all around.

For me personally taking a couple of calcium tablets before bed, as well as using the MagPhos tissue salts, has really helped.

I hope you all find things that work for you - ginger did nothing for my morning sickness, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the "standard" cures don't work for you!
