Haha yeah that got the contractions going the next day. It's a shaking kinda dance though, from head to toe and really swing that belly!!!!

Worth a try even though you feel like a w*nker doing it lol

Oh yeah the nipple stimulation worked too!! I was pumping like 3-4 times a day for about 5-6mins each side.. got heaps of colostrum saved too JIC something went wrong...

Not silly either. I did the "Nutbush" - very energetically - on the Saturday night, had my little one on Monday morning (10 weeks early). Dont know if it was the dancing or just luck though
