yep the blood tinged mucus is a good sign, it means he has stretched it and done something

Being 1cm dilated before he did it should hopefully work, when i got mine done i was already 3cm

16th december i had the S&S, i had that dull period pain for awhile then at mightnight on the 17th dec i started getting contractions 4hrs later K was born on the 18th at 4am!!

Oh I so rememeber those feelings being so close to the end and over it. I hated it but reading all you ladies that are so close to meeting your new bubbas makes me jealous! I want a new bubba too

Nothing worked for me, sorry not what you want to hear but my midwife did say to make sure I ate heaps, cause if I ran out of energy I ran out of labour. So make sure you are eating regularly and drinking lots.

Good luck im sure you cant be too far away.

Haha yeah that got the contractions going the next day. It's a shaking kinda dance though, from head to toe and really swing that belly!!!!
    l
Not silly either. I did the "Nutbush" - very energetically - on the Saturday night, had my little one on Monday morning (10 weeks early). Dont know if it was the dancing or just luck though

At the end of my pregnancy with Lucinda, I had pretty much tried everything. The only thing that worked for me was using clary sage oil and acupressure. I also put clary sage oil on my acupressure points and Lucinda was born the next day. It could have been co-incidence though as she was overdue already, but my braxton hicks contractions definitely ramped up after doing the acupressure.
