im pretty sure plugs can regenerate, im not 100% sure on that though. maybe call your care providers and see what they say to be safe xx

it is possible for women to lose their plug in pregnancy, and for it to regenerate and labour be a long way off. However it is also possible that it is a sign that labour is imminent. My best advice would be for you to phone your midwife and let her know exactly what has happened. She will no doubt ask for details such as amount of loss, any blood, etc. This will allow you to be reassured if everything is fine, and if not to get access to care to ensure your pregnancy is not in risk. There's no point in taking any risks for the sake of a phonecall. Hope everything is ok

yip they can regenerate, mine did as I started to loose it at 28 weeks and freaked out! She ended up being induced at nearly 42 weeks
As long as there is no bleeding with it it should be all ok but go get checked just to make sure there is nothing going on.

Hi again, I called and spoke to a midwife, she said to come in, ill go and get checked out in the morning, I have no pains and baby is jumping around as normal, I don't really like hospitals and the stress that comes with the visit! Call it mothers 5th sence, but I just feel everything is fine,

Thank you heaps for the replys.
