Sounds like early labour signs to me....

I experienced the same thing and went into early labour later that week, which thankfully we managed to stop as I was only 32 weeks. Good luck, I hope you have those bags packed, just incase.

    Unhappy

Hi, I have the same thing! I'm actually really confused and was going to start my own thread on it, but i found this... I'm 29wk and for the past 2 days I had bad back pain (which sometimes keeps me awake and i have it right now), I'm uncomfortable ( but I assume thats just part of being pregnant) and period pain where a hot water bottle seems to help, even if sometimes its only a little. When I have the hot water bottle on last night tho, bub seemed to move a bit more. Possibly due to the heat coming at it. Dunno. If anyone can help me or any information it would be good to know. I don't want to go to the hospital and waste anyones time. I read the early labour link (and sorry for TMI) but have had a sligh "semen" smell for a bit now.

    Hi Sconeonamision
Does your backache come and go every few minutes?
Is your period pain like a cramp or a sharp pain or an ache?
Are you having a lot of discharge?
Is your discharge thick or thin?

Hi! For now everything is ok. Thankyou. I'm not very specific. Seems my memory isn't what it used to be, I can't seem to describe what I'm not feeling right now... sorry !!
Does your backache come and go every few minutes? No, but when I do have a back ache, it can be an ache one minute, then just pain the next, then subsides again
Is your period pain like a cramp or a sharp pain or an ache? more like a dull ache
Are you having a lot of discharge? Same as normal
Is your discharge thick or thin? thin. If I didn't know i was pregnant, I wouldn't think anything of it iykwim.

In advance, thankyou for your advice! If it gets any worse, I'll call the midwives.
