Lower side pain

Ive just gotten this really sharp pain in my lower right hand side. Kind of like where the fallopian tube used to be. Its really sharp. Does anyone know what it could be?

Rayla, I wouldn't even like to guess. Is the pain still going now or has it abated?

No it faded away, but when I just went to get my son a drink it came back for a few seconds and went again. Its probably just muscular.

I used to get really sharp, pulling pains in my sides at the start of pg but not really at the end (I think everything was strained to the limit by then anyway).

Could it be that we might not be seeing you here in the morning? =)
