First have a hugIt's great that you have recognised you are becoming anxious again, and the next step now is to speak to someone about it. Probably the best first step would be to go to your GP and ask for referral to a psychologist, especially if you are not keen to go back on the medication. They will be able to talk you through your options and give you some coping strategies. I hope you feel better soon.
