    Question Making RLT taste nicer.....

What can I add to my RLT to make it more palatable?? There is a mix at T2 that I wanted to get but it is only 60% RL but wanted the full effect of the RLT so might stick to the plain tea? I am not a tea drinker so any ideas appreciated!

Ok so a spoon of honey in it made it go down ok, but I have been having heaps of BH which Im used to but also feeling REALLY sick now that I have had it... Looks like I might be one of the unlucky ones that gets nausea with it... Might have to try the T2 one and see if the peppermint in it offsets the nausea or else back to tabs.

I put heaps of honey in it. I still wasn't too keen on it though.
You could try it with honey as iced tea.

You could try it in tablet form instead?

I had it with honey. You get used to the flavour of the tea after the first 3-4 cups.

It really is rank, but the honey helps and letting it cool right down so you can drink it fast is best. I just don't want to risk the major BH and nausea it gave me yesterday because we are out tonight, so will try again tomorrow!
