What can I add to my RLT to make it more palatable?? There is a mix at T2 that I wanted to get but it is only 60% RL but wanted the full effect of the RLT so might stick to the plain tea? I am not a tea drinker so any ideas appreciated!
Ok so a spoon of honey in it made it go down ok, but I have been having heaps of BH which Im used to but also feeling REALLY sick now that I have had it... Looks like I might be one of the unlucky ones that gets nausea with it... Might have to try the T2 one and see if the peppermint in it offsets the nausea or else back to tabs.
I think I've read that the tablets aren't as good as the tea so that's why I decided on tea this time around...will read up some more but will take the tabs if I keep feeling so sick on the tea. Will try the T2 one with peppermint in it tomorrow!
Peppermint tea is excellent for nausea in most people.
I love RLT though, i have to stop drinking it when I'm pf and look forward to week 34 when I can have it again!
kim, i used to buy it in the health food seciton at safeway, the brand was red seal or something like that. But you can get it froma health food store or a naturopath. I can get you some and send it to you if you want
T2 sell it, there is one of those at Chaddy i think
Yuck, RLT is so disguisting but I think it works both my labours have been incredibly short! I found the best way was to make it up before hand and then chill it so you can drink it down really fast. I also used to mix it with juice the best one was apple and mango, hid the taste the best - can't touch the stuff now but when you have to drink 3+ cups a day you need it to go down quick and easy. All the best
