    Maternity support belt

Hi girls, I'm not in the 3rd tri but thought some of you might be using a maternity belt? I'm really wanting to get one (soonish) that is really supportive of my back and belly to help with posture and general back health. I'd like it to be adjustable so that it can 'grow' with me and also be comfy with movement and not too bulky under clothing. If anyone has one to reccomend or just knows of good brands etc I'd really love your help TIA

Hi mate, I borrowed one from my physio! It was great although quite hot and I did get too big for it in the end
They can be pretty exey, so I'd check and see if you can borrow/hire one from your physio first!

i've had pelvic girdle pain (in the back of the pelvis/hip, just one side) - and the pyhsio has taped my back and will lend me a support belt if it gets worse.

you're probably better off seeing someone if your back gets sore so they can give you the right belt.

    Thanks girls,

the physio has belts but they are to correct the pelvis, I can get a general support one through my chiro wholesale so I am going to order one tomorrow, can't wait to get it! It doesn't need to be 'specific' as such as it's just an all round support for me as I dont 'have a problem as such.
