Weight gain during pregnancy shouldnt worry women, but it does! I know that Ive been watching the scales but Im definitely trying not to harp on the weight thing.

So far Im 35 weeks with my first pg and weighing 10kgs heavier which Im ok about (but I was at least 10 kgs o/w when I fell pg). I do try walking every day and am thankfully not carrying any excess fluid that I can see (i.e. no puffiness). I consider myself lucky.

I think mother nature has a way of doing what it needs to, to create the conditions for baby. As long as you eat as healthy as possible then the weight should eventually come off.

The important thing is that you and baby are well.
