Mild period like feeling and lower back pain

Last night I was having quite a few braxton Hicks contractions, and sometimes, when they were happening it felt like mild period pain, also with pain in my lower back.

Is this what generally happens with braxton hicks in later pregnancy?

Today I have only had one braxton hicks contraction, but still get the on and off mild cramp or sometimes stab pain and lower back pain.

Has anyone else gotten this? Is it anything to be comcerned about, or is it just another joy in late pregnancy?

Bubs is still active as usual.

I noticed that i use to get a lot of back pain especially towards the end of my pregnancy.. Im pretty sure its normal..
Just try and be more careful when lifting things etc, coz its a lot of strain on your back..

If Buba is still active, then thats always great sign

Mizzsocial- Thanks I actually phoned my obs yesterday arvo, and he said it was all normal. Just caused by the braxton hicks. As long as there is no bleeding and bub is still active it's fine.
