    Hi Savina

The pain you are having is caused by a hormone called relaxin. This hormone causes all your joints to loosen. There is a joint in the centre of your pubic bone and when this joint loosens it can be very painful. You will probably notice this stabbing pain when you turn over in bed as well as when you are sitting. Unfortunately there is very little that can be done to prevent the pain.

    Move slowly
    Do not twist your body
Movements should be smooth not jerky
    Panadol can help

but it goes away as soon as i stand, and i also get bigpushing out feelings as though it his back or something bulging out.....

it seems as though it is baby down there not muscular or anythiong.....
i did have this with my last baby as well never found out wat it was though i had to sit on my side in the end because of all that pressure is painful

It's all WONDERFUL!!! I know it's really uncomfortable but it's all going to help in getting your little one out into your arms.
I had this shockingly with my fourth pregnancy - I had it with them all but the last was the worst. I could literally feel her head moving it was so low down. I think that is what you are describing. Sometimes it was a buzzing pain and sometimes it was shooting.
I hope that soon your little boy and your body together decide it's time to be born so that you can sit comfortably again...

Sorry I misunderstood you. If it is a feeling of pressure then it is probably your baby’s head. I would consider this a good sign. To me this hints at a reasonably quick labour without any problems.
