Does anyone else have those brown mole like spots appearing everywhere? I had 'some' with my first pregnancy, but this pregnancy OMIGOD I feel like an English Springer Spaniel!

I have a few extra brown mole like spots but nothing too drastic, but what I do have is a heap of new little skin tags....I hope they go away after bub arrives! I also have a few brown patches on my cheeks and near my ear that appeared about 8 weeks ago....funky skin in general!
