    Morning sickness in 3rd tri?

    Hi!

Just wondering if anyone else is getting what feels like morning sickness in 3rd tri?

I don't know if it's just a tummy bug but I feel so sick and nauseous and am constantly burping and feeling like I'm going to throw up (sorry if tmi!)
I've been like this for nearly a week now...I've had the flu as well but I doubt that has anything to do with it...
It just seems weird as I never really got it that badly in 1st tri!!

Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!

    Hi Krisvee,

I think what is happening is that everything is getting squooshed up and this can cause the sickness and constant burping. I have been starting to get this too so know what you are talking about.

Sorry about having the flu, I hated it when I had it and there is nothing you can take either : (

Just try to stretch out and not to eat too much in one meal and it helps.

    good luck

    Kim

    Hi Krisvee
This is one of the things that they don’t tell you. It is not unusual for morning sickness to return in the 3rd trimester. To help relieve the symptoms try the same things that you used in the 1st trimester

    Thanks for your replies!

Lots of carbs and junk food it is! LOL! No, I will endeavour to eat well when I actually feel like eating..

Funny that I never got this with the first 2 though...then I think this p/g has taken more of a toll on me and we've had lots more stress with selling and buying a house and getting ready to move in a couple weeks!

Geez, Holly - I shouldn't complain - throwing up? How awful! I hope it does settle down for you though...

    Thanks Kim and Alan!
