    Mucous plugs/ Bloody shows

Ok, dumb question but never lost my mucous plug until labour with DD but is it always a 'bloody show' or can the plug just come away as mucous like globs?

I had the bloody show with my first, but with my last my show was just weeks of great big globs of mucous that looked like cartilage? would be the best way to describe it.

I had mucous plug globs for 2-3 days with DD2 before my waters broke. A couple of the globs were brown tinged but not bloody. I had a true bloody show with both my girls just prior to transition. It was full on, like a heavy period bloody show.

Good luck, not long at all now, very excited for you.
