That is ridiculous Pee! Honestly, this whole liability thing has gone insane!!! What's the fricken point in owning a video camera anymore? Pretty soon they will make it law that you can't video your children anymore because it might have a negative impact on them when they grow up and they could sue you for any embarrassing footage! That's how ridiculous it is getting.

The thing is, if something goes wrong, someone has to be to blame. If you catch it on tape, at least the right person gets the blame and not someone who doesn't deserve it. Hospitals should be encouraging it imo!
