My husband wants me to post this. Sorry if it offends anyone.

He would like to know if anyone is extremely horny during your 2nd and 3rd tri's because he read somewhere that we all should be horny all the time and want more more more. Im completely opposite and he thinks Im strange. The thought of it turns me off at the moment due to being uncomfortable and having no energy.

Mods- Feel free to move this or get rid of it. Didnt know where to put it or if Im aload to post about these sort of things.

This has been discussed before I'm sure - don't worry

As far as I know, it can swing either way. Some people want it more, others go right off it.

Sounds like he's only reading what he wants to hear LOL. I'm sure there'll be articles and info out there saying the complete opposite can be true too.

Let your hubby know that I was one of those who was up for it during the first and second trimesters!... probably more so than when I wasn't pregnant. But when we hit the 3rd trimester.. that feelings completely gone! Its uncomfortable. But your def not strange. My dh only asked me last night (34wks in)if clumsyness was associated with pregnancy.

It's just too difficult to find a comfy position and even though DH still thinks I look sexy, all I see in the mirror is this huge stomach!

From looking at my mum's group and own experience, it seems to me that women having boys are way hornier than women having girls. Perhaps this is due to increased testorone in the body. I don't know, but so far my theory has worked 100 per cent on guessing the sex of babies!!

HAHA my DH has been saying the same thing little sproket, has my DH been talking to yours??? Ha-ha
Its amazing how the blokes find out this sort information yet DH was stunned the other night at antenatal classes when he found out there was such thing as the placenta !?!?!
But to answer your question.........NO! I havent felt the urge since the 9th December when we conceived haha. But I have heard of some women going sex mad.

But on another topic, I have been having raunchy dreams LOL! Maybe its the minds way of blowing some 'steam' since the body wont get into gear?

    Hi,

I'm with the majority, who really could be bothered. In fact the couple of time we've tried, it's been so uncomfortable.
I really think they should stop telling guys that, and just let the lucky ones be surprised

Re hornyness means a boy. Apparently I'm having a boy. about 3 more weeks and we'll know for sure, but I don't feel any more horny.

I just hope I'm going to feel a little more frisky in the months following birth, poor dh really is getting a tuff trot if I don't.

Couldn't think of anything worse than DTD for most of my two pregnancies.

I did it a bit at the end with DS only because I wanted to get him out before he was induced. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it then either.

Tell your DH to swallow a baby elephant, have his feet the size of balloons, his lungs pushed up under his chin, and his bladder compressed to the size of a pea. Does he really feel like having "more more more" now?? I doubt it. Honestly men have NO idea what it's like to be pregnant.
