I am currently 30 wks pg, I work in a pharmacy so stand up basically all day, I also use public transport to get to work and get home (about 1hr each way)

anyway the problem started last week, during the day at work I would be ok then as the day progressed I would get mmore and more uncomfortable, not that big of a problem, just made getting home a bit painfull and it would mainly be my swollen feet and sore achy legs that hurt.
then on monday I got up to go to work, as soon as I stepped on to my feet I had shooting pains in my legs and crampy feeling in lower abdo area, I jumped in shower and pains went away.
was fine until I got off the train and started walking to work (about 15mins walk) I felt this extreme pressure in my lower pelvic area, felt like I had to walk like a penguin , and really needed to pee, made it to a chair and sat down, seriously considered calling dp and getting him to come get me, but didnt, sat for about 10 mins then waddled on to work.
after a toilet trip, felt a little better, pressure was eased a little, but not much, after an hour standing I was almost in tears, I felt like my all my fanny bones were stretching or something, but excruciatingly painfull waddled around till lunch when I could sit for an hour then after that I was ok
Is this normal?? someone has suggested that bub could be engaging but I thought it was a bit early for that.
I am leaving work on the 30th of this month, would have liked to work longer but obviously, its just getting too painfull and im worried I may do something to negatively impact on bub.
did anyone else have anything like this?? Is it just cos I am standing up for too long??
