I love the way they say "get time to yourself" yeah coz when you're at home with a toddler thats easy to do FWIW I think part of the reason I hide is because of my moodiness, but at the same time, being cooped up at home seeing ALL the things that need doing makes me in a bad mood too ... its a no win situation
LOL I know! I'm now on my own completely until basically Sunday! DH was there though so at least he heard it straight from the horses mouth, as opposed to me yelling it at him
You know what else makes me worse .... my DH ... well having to constantly remind him of things that I ask him to do 5 min earlier, OR when I say something and wait for a response, you know just the simple acknowledgement that he has heard me, it never comes so I am constanly repeating myself then he gets narky at me for whinging
Nae - I thought that was just my DH!! Then you repeat yourself and you get the grumpy "I heard you the first time" - um, just say ok then!
I'm a little grumpy, tired and on a short fuse too. Scratch the little and write a lot. My Ob said it would be good to not have to deal with a toddler and get some more sleep - then he laughed. Sadistic *Q@#%$&^ lol. He's actually lovely and it was a nice way of him saying he gets where I'm at. DH has been working ridiculous hours, like 13 hours a day, from before DS gets up til after he goes to sleep, so I'm knackered too! I went through a week where just the mention of my MIL was enough to make my blood boil, and she hadn't done anything wrong!
At least we're not alone in our grumpy selves - nice to know it's normal girls! My house isn't clean though, unstable pelvis means cleaning isn't happening as much as I'd like - which doesn't help my grumpy self.
