    Off balance?

    Good morning everyone,

This morning I have woken up and I must say feeling ever so strange. I am extremely light headed, complete with head spins and feeling off balnce. I feel as though I am tipping over to the right. Also a bit sick on tummy and generally feel blah. I have had probs with swollen feet and hands , but that is easing as I have increased my water intake.

Any ideas on what I could do to help this?

    Thanks

I also felt this way a few weeks ago and it turned out I had an ear infection. Go see the doc and let him check. You might just have a virus.

I had this for a couple of days when I was about 20 weeks. I didn't see a Doc, it went away, but it could've been low blood pressure. It started when I looked at the roof in the shower and I could not stand straight after, was very dizzy. Hope it's nothing much xo

    Hi Kaz.

I totaly understand what your going through! there is days that are worse tan others. it feels like someone is pushing you over all the time lol!!! I have had it alot lately especially in this heat so I keep up my suger levels and drink like 10 litres of water a day and that seems to help a bit. But each person is different so just ask your midwife or doctor about it.
