Had my OB appointment today and I am booked in to meet Leo via c/s on Tuesday 5th June!!!
I can't believe it is only a week away, yes I had everything ready to go, bags packed etc, but I still didn't really click that it could be this soon - I just can't believe it that next week my little boy will be in my arms!
I am praying that this c/s will be a more positive experience for me, although I can already feel it deep down that it will be, we have all come a long way since then and strangely although soooo excited I feel quite calm and relaxed about the whole thing, feeling I did not experience with Jackson's birth, so am one step ahead already.
All I have to do now is install the carseat and get Jackson a little pressie to open in the hospital so he feels a bit special - and to keep him occupied!!!
Thanks gals - will be your turn soon enough, I can remember a couple of months back reading about other women having their bubs and me thinking oh, I wish that were me!!
Sarah - love the name Briley, have never heard that before - is very pretty.
HI Min, Congrats to you! Guess what?? I am booked into my hospital to have my baby by induction on the same day Tuesday 5th/June -- Wow.... isn't it exciting! I am soooo ready to have this baby right now. I hope all goes well with your delivery on the day. Just think our bubs are going to be born on the 5th day of the 6th month of the 2007th yr.... LOL. Safe travels on the day for you and yours.....
Hi Min, Less then a week to go now, I hope everything goes smoothly for you, just keep thinking of the baby during your ceaser and you'll get through it fine. It's so exciting!
Sandy - is even more confusing for me, Jackson was born on the 6th day of the 5th month in the year 2006 and as you said Leo will be born on 5th day of 6th month in year 2007!!!! I have trouble enough remembering my own full birthdate!!! - Hope all goes well for you too!
Rose - Do you have a date for your c/s yet? I can't believe you are having number 4! We will probably have a third, but I just don't know if I could go through another c/s after that. Having said that, I guess I will guage it on how this one goes - we did always picture 4 kids
woohoo Min - I'd bet you're excited!! - I know I would be - BTW Jackson is such a cutie - it'll be interesting to see if Leo is a red head like you said....something to look forward too i bet
OMG Shannon, I can't believe I said that - will be great to get a fully functioning brain back once Leo is born!!
Dianna, thanks! did you have a look at Jackson's website? I tried to have a peek at Brodie's but isn't working!! I think he is pretty cute too LOL! We are dying to see about the redhead factor, Jackson's colour is such a pure red that has stayed true since the day he was born - I would be surprised if Leo wasn't red in some way. I am not sure about the colour, but in the 32 week 4D ultrasound he has an absolute mop of hair and he actually looks like Jackson in the ultrasound!!!
