Thank you all for all the info and tips. I have just started seeing a chiro, and i borrowed a big exercise ball and have it in the lounge ready to do some movements. My local pool opens up again next week and i am planning to spend some time in the pool too.

I find my tummy gets sore and is relieved by lying back- not sure if this is a common pregnancy thing or more because i have abdominal muscle seperation. gonna play around on the fitball and find some comfy positions.
