Well I think something might be happening. Still losing my plug and have been having period type cramps all day. They started to get a bit more painful and more often so I started to take notice of how many I have been having over the last few hours and in that time it's been every 10 minutes. Think it might be a bit less than that now but I haven't been timing. It's like low down in my tummy really strong period pain for about a minute or 2. Is this what you call contractions?? I have no idea, lol. They hurt!! How am I going to put up with them getting really bad!! They're bad enough now and I can't keep sitting or lying when I get one, I feel like I have to get up. Oh jeez. I am in love with my heat pack atm.

I think you will be able to deal with the steadily increasing pain as it comes. Move around and keep loving that heat pack. You have prepared for this moment for so long. Hang in there!
Sounds like labour SQUEEE! This would be the perfect time to practice some of those birthing positions and natural pain relief techniques! Got any raspberry leaf tea? Herbalists say that it can make your contractions more efficient. You'll do brilliantly! OMG SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!

Yep, I have RLT, have been having lots of cups, now I'm scared to have any coz it might make it hurt more, haha.
DH should be home from work but he decides today would be a good time to lock the keys in the car, omg, typical!! lol.
haha, yes he is. He is seriously one of the most forgetful people in the world!! And he always does things like this just at the wrong time
He told the RACQ ppl and they put him to the top of the list so he's on his way now, should be almost here, phew!
D'oh, I'm going away tomorrow for a week and I'll miss your BA! Have the baby sometime before lunchtime tomorrow for me will you? And make sure someone's announced it in time
I am doing SJ's BA so I will make sure I put it up as soon as I get it. I am not going anywhere tonight or tomorrow so will be sure to let you girls know!

Contractions 2-3 mins apart, lasting for a min or so for the last 1/2 hr. OUCH!!!! Just rang m/w. Will wait and see if they stay this way for the next 1/2 hr and ring her back. Coping ok at home at the moment. I love you heat pack! Probably scalding baby's head, lol.
