    Pain in groin/legs

Anyone else had this before, I don't know what it is...

I keep getting a pain sort of in my groin but going down the inside of my thighs. Feels like all of a sudden I've pulled a muscle. Happens sometimes when I'm just walking along, or sometimes just standing even. Comes all of a sudden and makes me gasp and have to stop walking and try and change position til it goes away.

Just wondering what it could be?

Look up the SPD thread. It sounds similar.

Is it like that feeling when you bite on alfoil with a filling, except in your groin? My first thought was bub bouncing on your cervix, but since this is your 2nd bub you probably know what that is like.

It's horrible isn't it! does the pain also go shooting through your V? (sorry for asking but mine did sometimes and it is ouchy)

really? I thought that was when you had pain right at that bit at the front of your pelvis. I get that too but it's not bad at the moment. Didn't know if it was a separate thing or not.

lol, I don't know what that is, I have no fillings! It's kinda the inside of my thighs mostly, but I know what you mean about the cervix thing, not pleasant either!

LOL, yes, i get that too, feels like a really sharp pain up inside and up into your tummy. Not fun when walking through the shops and you feel like you have to stop and grab there or something

That would be nice! I had my last check up yesterday and baby is only 2/5 engaged so not real low yet though.

Don't let that worry you, DS2 still wasn't engaged at my 40 week appointment, went into labour the next day.
Fingers crossed it is soon for you.

Thank you. DD wasn't engaged at all even at 40 + 12, and only got as far as 2/5 engaged after 30 hrs of labour so I'm feeling more positive that at least this one knows where the exit is, lol.

i can't believe you only have 2 days to go until Due Date!!!

And with those pains where you feel like grabing a certain area, DH happened to get a photo of me doing just that when pregnant with Miss B - he thought it was hilarious everytime i got one of those pains! to this day that photo cracks him up!

Ugh, I remember that pain well at the end! I had that pain once they had engaged and were down really low. Sounds like your bub is moving down nicely .

Big sympathy for the pain though .

I had the same thing with my last pregnancy. It would happen all the time, started in the last 4 weeks of my preganancy, it would happen in bed even when i went to roll over.

Hi guys, I'm having the same pains. For a bit I thought I was going crazy, but knowing that it's just baby moving down is fantastic. Though the mw told me that some babies move up and down a bit? How fun! Heh, I got stuck in a doorway with one of these pains, holding onto the frame, with I'm sure an awful face. I swear if DH had seen me he'd have thought labour had started!!
