When I move it gets worse.. and takes about 5 minutes to settle down again. I've had the ligament pain for a few weeks that feel like that, but today I wake up in tears because I've tried to move during my sleep and it has hurt so much I'm a sook.. I called the midwives last night about the mucus plug and they just said it's fine and I may just go a bit early..
