have a warm bath or shower. Try a hot back change positions maybe try massage!!
call hospital if does not improve with this and panadeine forte is ok to take as long as not to often, hopsital may even give you some if you went in

I have something similar,
Weird sort of pain on the right side, mainly on my stomach though, it gets worse at night time.. I was wondering what this was as the pain can get real bad a night in bed, Im thinking it maybe the baby kicking against something, but let us know how you get on if you go to the docs.
