Period/endo type abdo & leg sensation in pregnancy?

My DS was transverse for the whole pregnancy and I felt hardly any movement. It was a fairly easy and comfortable pregnancy and ds was delivered by elective c.sect.

This time round I have more aches and pains, and feel alot more movement. I have been told that baby is head down.
I have been getting braxtons hicks since 1st trimester and mostly since 2nd trimester been feeling them in my lower back. Since the past week or 2, I am still getting them around the lower back, but also I have started to notice my legs getting sore and and achey and a low abdominal discomfort like very mild similarity to when I have my period. I have endometriosis, so not sure if every one gets it, but its that feeling of when your shedding the lining - if that makes sence. The achey legs is something that I would get with my period too when I was feeling the bad period pain. This isnt painful as such, its just a general discomfort thats been coming and going and Im wondering is it normal to be feeling this in the 3rd trimester?

Yep, I know exactly the feeling you're describing in your legs (fellow Endo sufferer) and I didn't get it so much during the pg, but I sure did during my births. I would say that it's because your bub is head down and possibly sitting on a nerve. Do you get any relief if you lay down or get in a position where the weight is off your pelvis?

It possibly helps somewhat, but is still there.

My doula told me to be prepared to labour to probably be similar to what the endo symptoms are like (i dont think Im in labour now ), including the nausea, diarrahea, sweats etc.

When I had surgery a while back, the nurse said to me that leg ache is a symptom associated with alot of gyno problems.

I just havent heard others say that they felt the kind of unease Ive been having, but maybe they do?
Anyone else have or had this ?
