    Petrol Fumes

    Hi
I am now 37 weeks pregnant and today my landlord decided to spray petrol on the weeds around our house. :fuming:
Does anyone know if smelling petrol fumes for a day or two is dangerous for the baby?

    Hi Fiddle

Petrol fumes in enclosed spaces are dangerous for you and your baby. I am guessing that the smell of petrol is getting into your house. If the smell is very strong then I would suggest that you leave your home for a few hours if possable.
Also I think that is is illegal for petrol to be used as a weed killer.

    Hi Alan,

Alan do you think the smell will dissipate in a few hours,or could it be days?

I should think that it will only take a few hours.
