    If it doesn't go down your leg it sounds more like sacroilliac joint pain. A good physio / osteo / chiro can help with pelvic alignment and pilates can help keep it stable too. Make sure you turn your core muscles on before you take a step. It feels like the whole side of your pelvis is falling out!!

    Hi everyone, thanks for your replies. It feels like a shooting sciatic nerve pain, but it doesn't shoot down my leg like sciatic nerve pain does ITMS.
    I had some acupuncture done yesterday snd yesterday afternoon it was terrific. I feel a little tender again today though but I haven't have any of the shooting nerve pain again yet

    I have exact same thing.....38 weeks pregnant.....i hope it goes away before the labour starts....its hard on the other four kids when i can hardly move and its the school holidays
