Shannon - I actually posted about this again a few weeks ago and at the time was thinking it would be handy to make at least one of these RLT/EPO threads a sticky?? It's a question that comes up a lot in the third tri forum and I couldn't find them either when I went looking for them.

Maybe Alan could do the post and we could make it a sticky?
