    GO and get it checked. If movement or rest etc isn't relieving it it may be something else (DVT comes to mind, but i could most certainly be wrong!) Better to have it checked than be sorry later IMO.

    Could be sciatica (sp?), I had it mildly - OB recommended magnesium I think

    A GF ended up with it so bad (basically baby pushing on nerves) she walked with a cane for the final weeks of her pregnancy, it wasn't until she gave birth that the pain went away

    Go get it checked

    I was going to say sciatica as well. I found a heat pack helped a bit with the nerve pain. Ouch!
