recommend a brand of RL tablets?

i had a look at the blackmores brand yesterday and you have to take a ridiculous about like 3 tablests 3-5 times a day! that is a very broad dosage isnt it? and the jar was 10 bucks with like 50 tablets in it. so it is very expensive. anyone have any recommendations for other brands or should i just go and see if i can get the tea version? do they have it in the chemist?

Hey Hollo, apparently Herbs of Gold is a good brand you can get from a health food shop and you only have to take 2 a day.

I bought a packet of tea for under $7, but I've gone to the tablets as it is hard to drink 3 cups of the stuff a day and I don't mind the tea!
