Question Relief for backache? What did you do?

    Hi ladies,

Im asking this on behalf of my sister. She is 38 weeks pg and has been having very bad back pain for the last few days. I know that this is because she is so close now, but im wondering if there is anything she can do to help relieve the pain?

She's been using a heat pack on her back and i suggested a warm (not hot!) bath.

Did anyone find anything else that helped relieve the pain a little?

    TIA

Acupuncture (could also have some labour prep same time ) or seeing an osteo, ideally one who has done cranio sacral work

I found chiro helpful, as was voltaren gel which I applied to the skin (Oral dose is not recommended). This should be checked with your health care provider first tho.

    Hope she gets some relief.
