    RL-ice-T...mmmmmmmmmm

Thought i'd share. Made a strong pot of RLT, mixed in a teaspoon of honey while it was hot. Out it in a jug, added a little more water and put it in the fridge. It has been so lovely to sip on today in this hot weather. I even added ice blocks and a slice of lemon just so i felt posh!

    Highly recommend it.

I drank my RLT like this when I preg with DS. It was so lovely and refreshing during the summer heat.

Mmmmmmmm gross. I just couldn't stand the taste of it although the chinese herbs my acupuncturist gave me weren't much better! Maybe a nice fruity tea from T2 would be nice though!

Might have to try this one!
