Shooting pains

I keep getting these shooting pains around my belly kind of to my upper thigh, and when it happens it feels like my legs are going to give way, i have to hold on to something. What is it do you think? They are random, sometimes few in a row, sometimes just one.

They could ether be a pinched nerve or growing pains. I had both and both are shooting pain. The pinched nerve can be anywhere but the growing is usually lower belly and out to the sides. HTH
