Hmmm, I would. My sister had a small leak with both her boys (at about 38 weeks) and as she was Step B positive, she had to let the midwives know. She was induced with both as she had gotten to the risky stage without going into labour naturally and I think it was about 12 hours after the leak started. Her first went on to be the usual intervention circus minus the c-section. Her second was a much better experience - waters broken properly by the midwife and that was it, no other intervention and drug free. He was born about three hours later in the bath
