Should I be worried about the swelling in my legs, face, and hands?

Don't you just envy those who have twins? I mean one bundle comes with two gifts. How great would that be! Unfortunately, no twins run in my family nor DH's. So chances are minute for me to conceive with twins. Oh well, I guess I will just have to bear with maybe two more pregnancies. As long as I don't experience any more swelling in the future pregnancies, I will be thankful!
